Manager v1.0 The purpose of this utility is to streamline
the process of creating dimension styles. In addition, it allows changing
the values of specific dimension variables across multiple dimension styles,
to tune the appearance of dimensions in a drawing. All settings are configureable
through the dialog or template files.
