XO/XF - Xref layer manipulation
Consists of two routines, XF and XO, which allow the user to freeze/turn off xref layers by entity pick.

Thanks to David Trotz for his improvements to my original code.


Intellicad users: To determine which version to download, type ACADVER at the command
prompt. This returns either "14i" or "15i".
