Scary movie, scary doc visit.
Went to the movies last night with my love, watched "The Village". I like Shyamalan's movies, they're full of unexpected events. And they're usually a little bit frightening also. But people had told me that "The Village" was his weakest movie yet, so my expectations weren't that high. Maybe that was a good thing. Sure, it had some flaws and logical errors, but the twist in the end in this movie, was way better than in any of the others, in my humble opinion of course. I simply loved the concept. And another thing, it had me on the edge of my seat like no other movie I've seen before. In all, a very interesting movie night it was.
Oh, and the Norwegian version of "Queer eye for the straight guy" was on yesterday. It was horrible! I mean, sure, you're gay, we all know that, no need to exaggarate it! Think Carson times ten for ALL five of them! *lol* And they painted the poor "victim"'s kitchen dark brown and turqoise. If you ask me, that's a hideous combination, but what do I know. Geez...
Ok, jumping forward to today. Went to the doctors to have a mole removed. Ouchie! Well, the removing of the mole wasn't bad, but the shot before was. And when I got up and went to pay for it all, I almost passed out. Not particulary pleasant. How come you get so nauseous on top of it? I've passed out once before, and had that same feeling. You feel like you're gonna throw up, but disappear into your head instead.. Ahh.. scary. It's all ok though, I'm back to normal. Except I can't go swimming for some time now *sigh*.
Still no Lilo-babies. I have no idea when they're due. We bought her preggers, and the people at the pet shop couldn't say exactly when it happened, but it was about a month since she had been with any male piggies when we bought her. And now we've had her for a little over a month, so considering they go for 8-9 weeks she should have her babies any moment now. Impatient! I won't be able to relax before she has had them and they're all OK. I know how many complications those little creatures can have before, during and after a birth, and I'm worried of course. But I'm also doing my best to give her excelent care. Fresh bedding, hay, veggies and extra vitamin C.
OK, better get back to studies now. :)
