Back!

I haven't been able to update for a while. First, the Germany holiday (which was absolutely wonderful), then hectic preparations for Yule and THEN off to parents for Yule celebrations. I only got back yesterday, and am a little out of breath... *lol*

There's tons of things to say, but I'm really not in the mood. I don't feel like being cheery and joyful and there are more important things to think than what I have done and how my holiday was. I am, of course, talking about the tsunami catastrophe. My plea to those of you reading this is:

Instead of spending cash on fireworks this year, which is basically just like lighting up your money anyway, donate it to the Red Cross or some other organisation that helps out in Asia now!

Donate money at Amazon, 100% of the donation goes directly to the Red Cross. It doesn't have to be much, but if we all do it, it will help.

Weeeeeeeee! Germany!

Just posting a few words before going to bed. It's almost half past midnight, and I'm getting up at six! Ouch... But, excited! Leaving for Germany tomorrow!
Schedule tomorrow if everything runs smoothly:
7.20am -taxi from apartment to trainstation
7.55am -get on train, find nice seat and hopefully get to snooze a little.
10.00ish am -arrive at airport, grab a coffee before checkin in when the check-in starts at 10.25am
12.25 pm-board plane
2.00ish pm -touch down in Germany, get luggage and catch a train.
Somewhere between 6 - 7ish pm, get picked up at trainstation by auntie.

That's the plan. I hope it runs smoothly and that there isn't too much snow tomorrow so there'll be delays. The day will be long enough already.
I hope I remember everything (passport, 111 form and reservation number is packed already). And... I really hope everything runs smoothly. Did I mention that already? *lol*

I've been so stressed out today, having three tons of things to do. Finishing assignment, packing, getting the ruddy 111 form I'd totally forgotten about, last minute shopping, another trip to grocery store 'cause I forgot to get food to bring tomorrow.. ahh... It's not been a very good day, to be honest. I've felt seriously shitty, and not known in which end to start. Things look brighter now, but that's after two cups of yummy hot chocolate...
I hope you had fun at Disneyworld today, M! The thing that really brought a smile to me today, was thinking about you having so much fun there :)

OK. Need to get to bed now *yawn* Excited!

Purpose

Donated by Tigernach

What is the purpose of ritual?
I'm not a ritual-doing person. Or, I have my own rituals that keep me close to my faith, but I feel akward with rituals that have too much fuzz in them. Keep it simple and do what you feel supports your beliefs, that's how I see it.

What connection is there between the work we do between the worlds, and our mundane life?
I think one affects the other. They're connected through nature and working within both will influence the other also. Ah... difficult question!

What role does creativity play in witchcraft?
I'm not sure what role it plays, but I know that I get my creativity from my faith :) Sorry, not very wise and thoughtful replies this week I'm afraid.
