Arrrgh! Inconsiderate people!

Our neighbours were partying loudly yesterday. If there's anything that'll keep me from falling asleep, it's a up-tempo, thudding bassline. It just... drives me mad! In a very negative way I mean. The hollering and drunk-screaming I can handle, but not the bassline!
So, around two a.m I'd had enough and called the cops on them. I really don't like ratting people out, but seriously? What about considering the fact that we're in a neighbourhood, where it's mostly families with small kids and dogs? No, no, to be lenient with such idiots... no way!
Oh, in case you wondered, in Norway it's supposed to be quiet at 11 p.m. Of course you can party longer than that, but not keep the whole neighbourhood up.
