Condom liscence. OK, explanation neededfor that one. No, you don't need a liscence to use condoms here, but as a gag the youth information thingy give out "liscences" to those they've instructed in proper use of condoms. I, of course, find this too funny for words. Especially since they use HUGE polystyrene (?) woodies mounted on tables. Not exactly a challenge there! Anyway, I keep this in my wallet because it looks funny. Not that anyone really cares anyway! Hah.. :)
