New clonker.
Naw... Totally no new clonker! *big wide grin* New fancy, Hyacint Bucket car!
We went to see the red Rover again yesterday, because I needed to check something.
Love adored it last time we saw it, but I was somehow very skeptical, not having a very good feeling for it. I mean, the car was gorgeous, but there was something weird going on. You know, when your gut simply tells you "watch out"? That was the feeling I was having.
And nothing had changed when we saw it yesterday.
But luckily we had planned on seeing another car yesterday. The second, newer Rover.
Well, we took it right there. It was a lot cheaper, as in 15 000 kroner cheaper and that's a lot of money. Had all services done and the owner was selling it because he had gotten a new Rover.
Of course, we have no guaranties that this car will be perfect, as no one buying a used car can have, but we fell in love with it.
Just crossing my fingers that it's actually in the condition it appeared to be. We couldn't get Simon to come with us to have a look at it, but at that price and with all the services done, it should be a good buy.
So... Anyone feel like buying a 20 year old Fiesta that needs new tyres and brakes? Very cheap for you, my friend!
