Phew!

Sorry about the lack of updates recently, but things are crazy here at the moment. I had my two assignments to hand in (barely made it), more to do at work 'cause of others being sick and in addition to that, trying to study for my "stories of our culture" exam. Ugh... My head is spinning.

And on top of that, we took our piggies to a photographer yesterday for a little photo shoot. They're supermodels already, I tell you! We're going to use the photos for Christmas cards and a large portrait of them (and hopefully us, have to see how those photos turn out) to decorate our living room.
It was so much fun! The photographer was so energic and seemed to enjoy working with the piggies, and they behaved perfectly also.
We have an appointment for today to view them, can't wait! :)

I got my hair cut for the photo shoot, and... oh fuck. There was this new lady, and she was total SHIT. I looked awful! As in pull a paper bag over your head awful. Fuck fuck fuck!
My regular hair dresser tried to fix the shitty cut, but now I have waaaay too short hair and a uneven layered cut I absolutely didn't want. It feels like such a violation! I mean, it'll grow, but that will take some time. And I can do absolutely nothing about it... I'm so angry and get really sad every time I look in the mirror (which I'm actually trying to avoid right now).
So... yeah... too short hair in a really not good do. Ugh...
It'll be interesting to see how it turns out in the photos though.

But today is December 1st. Not long till winter solstice now, and I can honestly say it's the most anticipated day in my near future.
(And of course, December 1st means opening my advent calendar Love has made for me. Weeeeeeee!)
