NOTE!

As the 12F... pics doesn't have enough "power" on its clock circuit to drive the other pic,
you have to cut the clock line between the two processors, and program the 12F628 to run on its internal 4MHz clock.

The internal 4MHz clock is sufficient accurate for LocoNet timings, the critical timings are the DCC stream (which is made by the small pic).
